ProRacingSim Software backs the products we sell. Here is our Guarantee Of Satisfaction:

If you are not completely satisfied with any item that you buy from ProRacingSim, we will exchange it or give you a 100% refund of your purchase price (less shipping charges). This guarantee applies for the first 30 days after you receive any software product.

Beyond the initial 30 days, for as long as you own our software (you must be the original purchaser), you may may obtain FREE replacement CD's or USB Security Keys if they become defective or are damaged (not including shipping charges). Just return the defective merchandise to Motion Software, Inc., and they will replace it at no charge (shipping charges may apply). If you have lost the CD or the USB Key, please call for replacement pricing.

For refunds, we ask that you return all product materials in their original condition (software can be returned even if the package has been opened, providing the CD-ROM and USB Security Key are in perfect condition; no scratches, functional, etc.). You are responsible for shipping the product back to us.
